3 Steps to Banish Cellulite: Step 1

The best news I can give you about cellulite is that it is not entirely genetic. What I’m saying is that if you have cellulite anywhere on your body, only a small percentage is inherited (thanks mom), while the rest can be controlled with a few easy steps.

Step 1: Check your diet. It’s all in what you’re eating. This is the most difficult step to for women to accept. Most of us want a simple exercise (included on the next blog) to get rid of cellulite within a day, but the grueling truth is that the way we look is a direct result of what we are putting in our bodies.
Here are the main culprits: sugar and refined flour. This includes, but is not limited to, soda, candy, desserts, white bread, pasta, and basically anything that has high amounts of refined sugar and carbohydrates. So instead of trying to “avoid” all of these things, try putting more good things in your diet and you’ll naturally consume less of the above problem foods.
Start by drinking TONS of water; drink it until your urine is clear. Then start eating more fruits, vegetables, WHOLE grains, and protein (eggs, lean meats and veggie protein). When you’re eating more of these foods, you won’t have the stomach capacity, much less the desire, to eat the garbage you were eating before. You will experience an increase in energy, and you will find that it lasts throughout the day!
