Hopefully, you are now aware of the positive or detrimental effect the foods you eat can have on your outward appearance. Once you begin to eat clean on a regular basis, step two will give you even better results!
Step 2: Incorporate EFFECTIVE cardio exercise. If you’re already doing cardio, try switching up your routine, so you don’t become used to it and plateau. Try performing two days of steady state (walking, jogging, biking, swimming) cardio and two days of interval cardio; do each type for twenty to thirty minutes. The cardio exercise will help to burn additional fat and reduce the amount of cellulite on the body.
If you are confused by “steady state” or “interval” cardio, refer back to my previous posts that detail each type of cardio. These types of exercise are so crucial, and when performed in accordance with a healthy diet, you will reap some sweet benefits in a short amount of time!
To seriously tone your backside (if that’s where the cellulite is), my next post will include step 3, which will give you some good pointers on how to remedy the cellulite situation.
