    Can you eat fruit and still get of inulsin? Or are you on a very low GI Diet?Did you try the Atkins diet?Best wishesCath

      Hi Cath,
      Your body still produces insulin when you eat fruit. I do mostly eat and recommend to eat a low-glycemic diet. However, I still have grains and starchy carbohydrates like potatoes, and I think they’re healthy. Just watch your portion size and make sure to eat these carbs with protein.
