hi i’ also suffering from PCOS from last 6 months. i’m single and of 23 at age and having weight of 70+kg. i have taken medicnes but does not work at all. i am seeing your videos helping me in remaining cool at mind and in good mood.
please guide me how to lose weight.

Thank you for your post! I’m glad you’re keeping yourself in a positive state of mind. In order to really improve your health with PCOS, you do need to get your eating habits under control. I teach that “nutrition can make or break your moods” and your life overall.
I would suggest looking into my nutrition program, “Permission to Eat Freely” by going to http://www.pcosstore.com. You can read more about it, and it really helps you eat the EASY way and create a personalized meal plan to follow. EASY stands for *Eat every 3-4 hours, *Always combine a protein and carbohydrate, *Stay away from harmful foods (such as refined flour/sugar and fried foods), and *You’re allowed to have treats (just plan for them).
