Getting your ideal body is one of the most important assets you’ll ever have. Think about it: When you’re feeling and looking your best, you feel like you can do, be and have anything you want. You radiate confidence and your self-worth sky-rockets! You know, deep-down, that if you were able to do this, you could do extraordinary things.
I know this because I lost 30 pounds while struggling with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS – a condition that doesn’t make weight loss an easy task), and since then, I feel as if I can conquer any other task in my life. There is no feeling like the satisfaction and fulfillment that comes with having your ideal body!
So, now you’re probably wondering, what do I need to do to have my ideal body? I’m so glad you asked (smile)! Over the next three weeks, I will discuss the 3 major things you need to do to have your dream physique.
The first thing you need is the right exercises. I always, always begin with exercise because I feel that it is the easiest step to implement. Even if you’re feeling really out of shape, you can still begin an effective exercise program without hurting yourself. Next week, we will cover which exercises you should be doing and how to maximize each session.
The second step you must take to achieve your ideal body is to create the right nutrition plan. If you were present at my live class or on my teleclass, “Permission to Eat Freely,” then you already know some of the basic steps to creating and customizing a successful meal plan. Two weeks from now, you will learn the simple methods I use, above and beyond “Permission to Eat Freely,” so you can see results from the foods you eat!
Finally, and most importantly in my opinion, to have your ideal body, you MUST implement the right mindset. This is where many, if not most, women miss the mark on being in great shape and feeling fantastic in their body. Even women who you think have a “good body” usually don’t think the same about themselves. This is because they don’t have a winning mindset. We will cover what you need to know to get on the right path to a fit, energetic, fabulous bod. You won’t want to miss this week!
