Enough talk – more action! Only those who take action get results. Even when those results aren’t the desired ones, the more action you take, the more likely you are to succeed in your endeavors.
Women with health conditions like Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome CAN do things to address their condition. Know how I know? Because I and many other women have been proactive in our health and succeeded (meaning we don’t deal with the symptoms that used to hinder us from moving forward in life).
As someone who cares about you, let me tell you a little secret: Most women are not healthy and never will be because they would rather complain about their problems than do something about it. The “I can’t do that, I don’t know how to do that, or (my favorite) I can’t afford it,” is just an excuse for not taking action. If you really can’t afford something, get creative! Walking outdoors is free, and so is drinking water as opposed to soda and other unhealthy drinks. Besides, it’s much cheaper to invest in your health now and avoid major medical (re: expensive) problems in the future.
I urge you to think of 3 things you can do this weekend that will get you off the ground and into a healthier, more abundant body. The scale doesn’t matter – you do. How you feel everyday is more important than any number. Put your health first, take action and you’ll succeed every time.
